Nigerian Elites Remains Our Greatest Problem - Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed

The Nigerian Elites - Politicians and Traditional Rulers, rather than Religion and Ethnicity, remain the biggest National problems, as they often exploit the vulnerable masses for their selfish interest.

To liberate themselves, the masses must unite against the narrow interest of the Elite and endeavor to live above the shackles of religion and ethnicity with which they are binded by the elite.

Without doubt, the present fuel scarcity is part of the battle against the masses and to discredit President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's government with a view to score cheap political goals.

Hence, it's time the masses became truly objective and progressive in their political considerations and stop using ethnicity and religious sentiment as barometers for their decisions.

For sure, Elite will always remain united when it comes to exploiting the masses for their common goal.

I always feel for the masses whenever I witness cross-carperting of Political Elite from one Party to another, alongside thousands of ignorant supporters, using ethnicity and religious sentiment to cover their track and curry the sympathy of their tribesmen and their religious sects.

Masses must therefore liberate themselves by identifying with the truth, say the truth, defend the truth, propagate the truth and ready to endure on the path of truth.

The President or the Federal Government alone cannot succeed, without the dedication of the National Assembly, sincerity of the judiciary, commitment of the States, the dedication of Local Governments and the loyalty of the citizens to the Nigerian project.

Thousands of the less privileged, vulnerable people are today frustrated by the misfortunes of the self-imposed fuel scarcity, unfortunately many can't fathom the source our problem.

The masses conscience are indeed very cheap, particularly as they couldn't identify their rights.

And since they do not know their rights, they easily lose their sanity whenever a token out of their deserved rights are doled out to them.

The elite have successfully united themselves in enslaving the masses. Unfortunately, the gullible masses love their masters, and they dare not breathe unless their elite-masters ask them to breathe.
Thousands suffer and die in their ignorance because of their slave mentality

It's known that the present hardship in the Country is artificially made by the selfish elite and the enemies of progress who simply wish the Government to fail so they could win the minds of the masses to their side.

Masses have series of Representatives: the President, 36 Governors, 774 Local Government Chairmen, 109 Senators, over 300 HoR Members and over a thousand House of Assembly Members, yet, masses are still under-represented, not good enough for our democracy to grow.

Despite the fact that all these representatives live within us, the masses still couldn't get quality representation. Indeed, only a few of them do have conscience.

Imagine a single person stealing the resources meant for the entire Community, a State, or even the entire Nation, only for him to dole out a paltry sum to buy the loyalty of those whose resources he has stolen to stupor.

For instance, when Anti-Corruption Agencies go after them, ignorant masses who are the victims of their corruption quickly rise up to protect the same elite who are responsible for their woes.

Citizens must therefore begin to ask questions from their Local and State Governments if the spirited effort by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR to lift Nigeria out of the woods will materialise.

The masses must rise up to challenge those who can only survive in crisis and who keep sabotaging the good effort of the President.

All Stakeholders, ranging from Security Agencies as well as investors and relevant Agencies in the Oil Sector must rise to the occasion.

Above all, State Governors and Local Government Chairmen or Administrators must be proactive and be responsive to their responsibilities.

Nigeria is our Country. We have no other Country to call ours and we all must play our role to fix it.

God bless Kwara State!

God bless Federal
 Republic of Nigeria!!
