1445 AH EDIL MAOLUD: HON. COMRADE LUKMAN OLUKAYODE AHMED FELICITATES WITH MUSLIM UMMAH ON EDIL MAOLUD CELEBRATION

...Urged Muslims to be their Brothers' Keeper.

The Former Special Assistant to the Governor of Kwara State on Poverty Alleviation Kwara Central, Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed, has
felicitated with the Governor of Kwara State His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON) , the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Zulkarnaini Gambari (MFR) and the entire Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Edil Maolud 1445 AH Celebration.
Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed admonished the people to continue to promote peaceful co-existence, religious tolerance and national unity, among other virtues that will ensure accelerated progress and socio-economic development of the State and Nation at large.

The Former Special aide in a statement released to the pressmen, said the need for Muslims to be their brothers' keepers and stick to the lessons sorrounding the birth of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him)
Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed said there is need for the people of Kwara State and Nigerian generally to be patient and endure all challenges facing them, nothing that the Country is passing through describes as very difficult moment, due to subsidy removal of petroleum, which has led to the skyrocketing of items and commodities, levelling the great pains on the masses.
Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed added that the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) encountered a series of challenges but he endured and with patient and prayer he over comed it. 

As the Muslims across the States are celebrating this year Edil Maolud 1445 AH, Former Special aide tasked the people in position of authority to urgently do the needful in the area of alleviating poverty and cushioning the effects of subsidy removal of petroleum in a way that will favor the entire people not only the vulnerable in our Society.
Hon. Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed Commended the Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON) for his efforts in other make lives meaningful to the people of Kwara State since the removal of petroleum subsidy by  given palliatives, increments of salaries of civil servants with additional 10,000 and also given financial assistance of 10,000 to 26, 852 Students of Kwara State origin in Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria to cussing the effects of petroleum subsidy.

Hon. Comrade Ahmed thank the good people of Kwara State that rally round and support the present administration led by a dynamic leader, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq (CON,) and he encouraged them not to relent in their support and cooperation for the State Government and Federal Government in general.
Former Special aide, wishes all Muslims a happy Edil Maolud Celebration, while charging the them to pray for both State and Federal Government to overcome all it's challenges and live with one another peacefully as exemplified by the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him).
