AHMED YINKA ALUKO (ESHO I): A FORCE TO RECKON WITH

It was Steve jobs who said "Management is about persuading People to do things they do not want to do, while leadership is about inspiring People to do things they never thought they could do".

Max De Pree was quoted as saying "the first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. In between the leader is a servant". No wonder Napoleon Bonaparte postulated that "a leader is a dealer in hope".

History will never make us forget his earliest commitment in the State's as Special Adviser on Special Duties to the Governor , Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I who created atmosphere that will stand the test of time.

Briefly, he reawakened the dormancy in the almost neglected commission and impacted a very conscious effort which grew beyond photo shots with Traditional Rulers and one-sided administration.

Put succinctly , the impact of Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I was felt in 16 Local Government Areas of Kwara State. We appreciate His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for placing so much trust on the character and capacity of Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I. 

It is the result we are seeing today as he is greatly transforming the "Legacy Project of AA" where he (Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I) best fits.

Millard and Linda Fuller Opine that "What the poor need is not charity but capital , not caseworkers but co-workers. And what the rich need is a wise, honorable , and just way of divesting themselves of their overabundance. 

In Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I, he has exhibited compassionate behaviors such as individualised volunteering , commitment to political /regulatory reform , and strategic planned giving.

Among correlations cited by an increasing number of research studies, the charitable "Esho I" has in his name, increased happiness , decreased depression , social connections , the fostering of meaningful relationships and the promotion of healthy human adjustment. Aren't we proud of the young man from Ilorin Emirates for placing so much responsibilities on our Father and Leader?

Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I sees beyond social media show and praise - singing. He is not an impressionist neither is he in competition with any fellow. Instead, he showcases the practice of leadership as propounded in the Holy Qur'an, his ever career guide in humanity.

He (Aluko Esho I) understands for Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq's Success , they are the keepers of legacy and guided by this principle , the AA- administration defeated the threats denying greater effort, cooperation and understanding between her stakeholders.

They work tirelessly to lessen nuclear threat, and roll back the specter of a warning and safe confluence State for National Development.

"A man who wants to lead the Orchestra must turn his back on the crowd". Max Lucado was quoted as saying For Special Adviser on Special Duties Hon. Ahmed Yinka Aluko Esho I , duty , once instilled , must be allowed to carry on unabated , diverting sustenance away from other aspects of one's character - driving than to a weakened State, browbeaten by circumstances beyond their immediate control and relegated to their own downtrodden acquiescence to the bravado of the parasitic superego , and, as such, cognisant of their growing superfluity.

The doctrine of popular sovereignty brought into Nigerian politics by the first class politicians Aluko Esho I denies the Justice of a Society ordered by inherited rank.

It is proclaims there is no class which possesses a natural right to rule over other, supposedly inferior , classes. 

The idea of democratic liberty is therefore closely tied to that political equality. Put succinctly , Hon. Aluko Esho I believes on equality of all, justifying properly , the principle of equality in the Nigerian Constitution. We are not then surprised Aluko status as first class Special Adviser in Kwara State and of course , a force to reckon with. 

Clearly, he deployed his political experience to tackle the number of challenges bothering Kwarans rationally making the Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq led administration governable.

He diligently and passionately carries out task assigned to him and many are already wishing he was the Special Adviser on Special Duties in the administration of Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq. He is truly , a force to reckon with.
