In a bid to show support and express gratitude and also to silent rumor mongers that have been peddling rumors concerning the state of health of the National leader of APC and the champion of modern democracy in Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Lagos State House of Assembly was ably led by the Speaker, Rt Hon Mudashiru Ajayi Obasa in the company of Hon Temitope Adewale, Hon Nurudeen Akinsanya, and Hon Sylvester Ogunkelu visited Asiwaju in his home in the United Kingdom ( UK) where is currently on medical leave.
Asiwaju in his jovial manner welcomed the delegation and thanked them for showing care and concern about him. 
He added, "As you can see, contrary to what political detractors are saying, I am hale and hearty, fit as a fiddle"

The Speaker, Rt Hon Obasa extended the greetings of the Honourable Members of the Lagos state assembly, and issues of national importance were discussed.

The speaker in his words also expressed the importance of their visit to Asiwaju being a leader, a father, a mentor, and a nationalist.

The visit of the assembly has further proved to the world and the rumor mongers that Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu is alive, well, and healthy.
Hon Temitope Adewale in his word said to Asiwaju that, he is been missed by everyone, especially for his fatherly advice, mentoring, and political strategies. He said, "we can not wait for you to be back home sir".
