COMRADE LUKMAN O. AHMED MOURNS EMIR OF LAFIAGI LATE ALH. SA'ADU KAWU HALIRU (OFR)

I was shocked and saddened to hear the death of one of our humble Traditional Father late Alhaji Sa'adu Kawu Haliru today, Thursday 8th, July, 2021.

Emir was easy going man, God fearing, Trust worthy and a philanthropist. 

He is composed intellectual, a devoted Muslim and advocate of moderation and open-minded. 
I commiserates with the Lafiagi Emirates Council, the good people of Lafiagi, families, friends, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, and Kwara State in general.

His efforts towards Education and Community Development can't be over emphasized. 
He played a significant roles in disputes settling and community issues.

May Almighty Allah forgive all his shortcomings and reward him with Al-Jannatul Fir'daus.
