The National Coordinator of Freedom Network Group, Comrade Lukman Olukayode Ahmed celebrates Alhaja Foluke Abdulrazaq on her 65th birthday celebration dated, April 16th, 2021.

As we celebrate a veteran and guru in financial practices today, the, National Coordinator of the group has joined family members, associates, and well wishers to celebrate an astute senior banker, a successful Accountant, Administrator and a progressive woman to the core, Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq on the auspicious occasion of her birthday anniversary.

An Icon, a visionary leader, philanthropist and distinguished personality that have shown strong character to her community.

The celebrant has continued to display her dexterity of passionate live for the overall development of her community and Nigeria in general.

Comrade Lukman O. Ahmed described FKA as an Amazon who has redefined the Women World with her compassionate spirit, progressive disposition, virtuous stand and advocacy for the Women folks. "She is a woman of substance and value whose impact is positive and highly commendable.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq is a Financial expert from famed Abibu Oki family of Lagos State and the Labisi Olugbesan clan of Ibadan.

FKA fondly called by her friends, associates and families. She was Lagos's first and only female commissioner of Finance to date.

"Her loving and inspirational outlook is premised on her shinning hallmark which has distinguished her as a great woman, loving wife, remarkable motherhood and an exceptional leader, especially on the Feminine World".

A giant stride in human capital, her sterling legacies in reaching out to the less privileged of the Society and other philanthropist gesture to the needy and the largest society has distinct her for Excellence.

" Success is also not measured by words but by deeds and action ".

The famed Lagos State Accelerated Revenue Generation Programme (ARGP) was formulated during her stint as the Finance Commissioner ,she serve between 1997 and 1999 when Nigeria reverted to Civilian rule.

As a senior banker, she worked at Credit Bank Nigerian Limited from which she was appointed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the National Deposit Insurance Company (NDIC) as the Executive Chairman of the Interim Management Board of the Bank.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq (FKA) is Alumnus of the University of Ibadan from which she bagged a Master of Science (Msc) in Banking and Finance. 

She is also Alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston, USA among other Executive Courses she has attended.

FKA is humble, a role model to many women, a Non- Executive Director of the United Bank For Africa PLC (UBA) from 2008 to 2020, she was Chairman of the Bank's Board Credit Committee as well as Member of the Statutory Audit , Nominations and Governance Committee till November 2019.

With a distinctive records of service in Finance , Banking, Stockbroking , Business and Public office, Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq was in June 2020 appointed as Vice - Chairman of the Largest diversified conglomerates (Transcorp Pls), also she was appointed with the Nigerian Security Printing and Minting Company Limited, where she headed several departments , including Administration Management Services, Commercial and Corporate Development.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq was also Executive Director, ML Securities Limited (1999-2001) s stock brokerage firm. She served on the Board of Nigeria's largest Construction Company ,Julius Berger Plc (1997-2000) ,as a Non- Executive Director and Vice- President Bank Directors' Association of Nigeria (BDAN) amongst others.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq (FKA) is currently a Member of Governing Board of Lagos State University (LASU) ;a member of Institute of Directors (IOD); Women Corporate Directors , Olave Baden-Powell Society (OBPS) and Sarah - Adebisi Sosan Foundation.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq (FKA)'s passion for Children and Education led her to founding the Prestigious Bridge House College in Ikoyi, Lagos State, in 2004.

FKA is deeply involved in humanitarian and religious activities , she currently serves on the National Council of Executive of NASFAT and Board of Trustees of the Fountain University, Osogbo, in Osun State amongst others , as her contribution to Islamic programs and activities.

Alhaja Foluke Kafayat Abdulrazaq is happy married to an humble Uncle Dr Muhammad Alimi Abdulrazaq, a distinguished Lawyer and Arbitrator , astute prominent politician, and accomplished businessman from Ilorin Emirate (First Son of Late Alhaji AGF Abdulrazaq (SAN)

I pray to Almighty Allah to grant her good health, divine wisdom and knowledge to be able to do more for her community.
