COMRADE LUKMAN O. AHMED MOURNS THE BUSINESS MOGUL AND PHILANTHROPIST ALHAJI UMAR AMINU AYINLA SARO (OFR), (CON)

I was shocked and saddened to hear the death of Sadauna of Ilorin, Alhaji Umar Aminu Ayinla Saro (OFR), (CON) this evening, Sunday ,31st, January, 2021 @ one of the private hospital in Victoria Island, Lagos State after a brief illness.
 
Alhaji Umar Aminu Ayinla Saro is a Lagos Based Billionaire, an industrialist, a philanthropist that shows his passions for development of his community, the State and Nigeria in general.
Comrade Lukman O. Ahmed described the demise of Alhaji Umar Aminu Ayinla Saro as a colossal loss to the people of Ilorin Emirates, Kwara State and Nigeria as a whole.  

He is composed intellectual, a devoted Muslim and advocate of moderation and open-minded. 

He lived a selflessness life and he created a vacuum that won't be easy to fill. 

Late Alhaji Umar Aminu Ayinla Saro put so much into the service of the Nation in different capacities.

His Sterling contributions of industrialist remain remarkable and landmark feat he would continued to be remembered for.

Having put so much to the Nation, the Federal Government acknowledged his contributions and conferred on him the National Honours of Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR) and Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) respectively.

I commiserates with his his immediate and extended families, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, His Excellency, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the Mai Martaba, Emir of Ilorin, HRH, Alhaji Ibrahim Zulkarnain Gambari , the Ilorin Emirate Descendants Progressive Union (IEDPU), his business associates and the entire good people of Kwara State.

His efforts and contributions towards improving Educational sector, Community Development , Entrepreneurship and Commercials activities within Nigeria and Diaspora can't be over emphasized.

He played a significant roles in defending Muslims Rights anywhere he found himself.

May Almighty Allah forgive all his shortcomings and grant him with Al-Jannatul Fir'daus.
