Hon. Taufiq Hails Governor Yahaya Bello At 5th Year Anniversary in Office, Describes Him As A People Oriented Leader


The Executive Chairman of Ijumu Local Government Area Council and ALGON Chairman, Kogi State, Hon Taufiq Isa,has congratulated Governor Yahaya Bello on his 5th year anniversary in office, describes him as a peace loving leader and an embodiment of transparency and accountability in governance.

The Executive Chairman said the achievements recorded in the 5 years of Governor Yahaya Bello's administration remains unequalled and unprecedented in the annals of the State's political history.

Hon. Taufiq lauded Governor Yahaya Bello for stabilizing the state's governance framework by introducing programmes and policies that has direct bearing on the citizens of the state despite the antics of opposition elements.

Hon. Taufiq equally commended Governor Yahaya for the proactive manner in which he has handled Covid-19 pandemic and Security issues in the State.

He prays that God will continue to guide his Excellency to pilot the affairs of the State.
