AHMED There is no gainsaying that since the time of human coexistence there comes an era when the society demands for a gap to be bridged.  This is often occasioned by the existence of a vacuum or by a generational necessity. The history is filled with instances when someone is needed to bridge the gap for the progress and betterment of the society. To draw a few political icons that bridged a gap in their generations; we will remember the likes of Mohandas Gandhi, Alexander the Great, Mao Zedong, Winston Churchill, Akbar the Great, Nelson Mandela, Fidel Castrol, etc.  These men rose to the occasion during their time and they became trailblazers. There is no doubt that our nascent democratic space needs a man who is daring enough to bridge the generational gap. This is the yarning of every Kwarans and this is the expectations of those who crave for a progressive society....
